M. l’Ing. Horia-Cristian ROMAN, a travaillé au Fond Roumain de Développement Social, dans la période 6 Juin – 1 Décembre 2003 comme Superviseur – Évaluateur, en effectuant des évaluations de bureau et de terrain.
Depuis le 2 Décembre 2003, jusqu’à present, il s’est occupé, dans sa fonction de Moniteur d’Implantation P.D.R., de la moniteurisation des 33 subprojets, dans le cadre du Projet de Développement Rural, financé par la Banque Mondiale, dans 5 districts, en coordonant l’activité de 13 ingénieurs – évaluateurs – superviseurs.
Ces projets ont consisté dans la rehabilitation de 2 Foyers Culturels, en superficie de 500 m.q., l’adduction d’eau de 7 localités par 31,86 km. de réseaux de conduits et le pavement de 69,72 km. de chemins dans 24 localités.
Dans toute cette période, M. l’Ing. ROMAN a prouvé une bonne préparation professionnelle, sérieux, correction et ponctualité et ses rélations avec ses colegues d’emploi ont étées bonnes, en s’intégrant bien dans le collectif.

Mr. Eng. Horia-Cristian ROMAN, worked at the Romanian Social Development Fund, between the 6-th of June and the 1-st of December 2003 as Supervisor – Appraiser, performing desk and field appraisals.
From the 2-nd of December 2003, to present, he was occupied, in his position of R.D.P. Monitor, with the monitoring of 33 sub-projects, as part of the Rural Development Project, financed of the World Bank, in 5 counties, co-ordinating the activity of 13 engineers – appraisers – supervisors.
These projects consisted in the rehabilitation of 2 Community Houses, with an area of 500 s.m., the local water supply of 7 localities through 31.86 km. of pipes networks and the rehabilitation of 69.72 km. of roads in 24 localities.

Herr Ing. Horia-Cristian ROMAN, bearbeitet am Rumänischen Sozialentwicklungsfonds, zwischen den 6. Juni und den 1. Dezember 2003 als Aufseher - Veranschlager, Büro – und Terrainveranschlage durchführend.
Von den 2. Dezember 2003, bis jetzt, wurde er, in seiner Position von R.D.P. Monitor, mit der Überwachung von 33 Unter-Projekten, als Teil des landwirtschaftlichen Entwicklungsprojektes besetzt, finanziert von der Weltbank, in 5 Kreise, koordinierend die Tätigkeit von 13 Ingenieuren - Abschätzer - Inspektoren.
Diese Projekte bestanden in die Reparaturen von 2 Gemeinschafthäusern, mit eine Oberfläch von 500 Quadratmetern, die lokale Wasserversorgungen von 7 Ortschaften durch 31,86 Kilometern von Rohrnetzen und die Reparaturen von 69,72 Kilometern von Strassen in 24 Ortschaften.
Herr Ing. ROMAN, beweiset in diesem ganzem Zeitabschnitt, eine gute wohle professionelle Vorbereitung, Ernsthaftigkeit, Korrektheit und Pünktlichkeit, seine Verhältnisse zu seinen Mitarbeitern waren gut un der hat sich gut integriert in das Kollektiv.
